This week there were four "mini" zone conferences.  Things were kept simple for each day.  The Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders took part in the teaching and leading discussions on parts of Preach My Gospel.  Also, there were discussions on better companionship inventory techniques and why it is important to do them each week.  President concluded each meeting with instruction on "faith" and how important it is to the work and its success.

There were some housekeeping items for the Zone Leaders to take back to their areas.  Sister Flores lead a discussion on "finding" and Elder Olausson lead one on "planning".  Both key elements for a successful mission.  After lunch, instruction was given for how the Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders were going help in conducting the mini-zone conferences coming up in the next few weeks.  A great opportunity to develop more leadership skills.  The ZLs and STLs are great examples of the quality of Missionaries in the Arizona Phoenix Mission and of the future leadership in the church.  They understand the doctrine of Christ and are eager to help other missionaries learn the same.
